How We Diagnosed and Rebuilt C-Quel's Digital Presence from the Ground Up
About the Client
C-Quel Management Services Pvt Ltd is a Kolkata-based HR & Regulatory Compliance solutions firm serving top Indian corporations. With a strong offline reputation as a Ministry-recommended POSH trainer, C-Quel had deep domain expertise — but a digital presence that was actively working against them: a broken, outdated website with poor copy, technical errors, and a social media strategy built on guesswork.

Challenges
Website health score of 65% with 331 errors and 1,349 warnings — far below the industry minimum of 90%.
Homepage featured Naruto anime animations and a drone illustration with zero relevance to HR compliance.
Keyword stuffing in copy triggered Google penalties; organic traffic averaged only 79 visits/month.
1,500+ breadcrumb and URL slug errors meant most pages were not properly indexed by any search engine.
The so-called podcast series had inconsistent AI presenter names across episodes.
Social media links across the site pointed to incorrect or non-existent profiles.
Every page had a different layout, content structure, and no CRO elements whatsoever.
UI/UX & Content Issues — Documented
Each issue is documented with screenshots from the original website, exactly as we found it.
Homepage Hero — Drone & Naruto Animations
The top slider featured an unrelated drone illustration and literal Naruto anime animations on a B2B compliance website targeting senior corporate decision-makers. The copy 'Compliance Weapons Software & Services' was jarring, low-trust, and completely off-brand.

Homepage Copy — Keyword Stuffing from 2005
The headline read: '1 Out Of 5 Companies In India Is Missing Compliance Deadlines In India' — the phrase 'in India' was repeated twice in one sentence. The entire copy was filled with unnatural keyword stuffing that modern Google algorithms penalize. 0% of Google's EEAT content standards were followed across any page.
Inconsistent Page Structure Across the Site
Each page of the website had a different structure, layout, and content format. Some pages had embedded YouTube videos; others had images — none of them relevant. There were no FAQs, no clear CTAs, and no consistent design system. Some inner pages had hero images from completely unrelated industries.

Our Solution
Approach
We conducted a full Diagnostic Blueprint of C-Quel's digital ecosystem — website, SEO infrastructure, social media, and content — before designing a ground-up rebuild strategy under our Dev OS framework. Every recommendation was evidence-backed and prioritized by impact on traffic, trust, and conversions.
Process
Performed a complete website anatomy audit using Semrush, GA4, and manual review across all pages.
Identified and documented 331 critical errors, 1,349 warnings, and 1,500+ breadcrumb slug issues.
Rebuilt site architecture with correct URL structures, proper breadcrumbing, and clean internal linking.
Rewrote all homepage and service page copy to meet Google's EEAT standards with FAQs and clear CTAs.
Replaced all irrelevant visuals — drone imagery, Naruto animations — with professional, compliance-relevant design.
Redesigned the testimonial section for maximum trust with photos, names, designations, and company logos.
Audited and corrected all social media profile links, bios, and content strategy across platforms.
Recommended discontinuing the AI podcast series and replacing it with a human-led thought leadership format.

Key Takeaway
A website that looks unprofessional to enterprise HR decision-makers will lose deals before a conversation even starts. Every element of your digital presence is either building trust or destroying it.
